Just a quick heads up – for THURSDAY – all-level 90 minute FLOWcilitation hoop class scheduled for 6 – 7:30 pm @ McKinley Park — *PLEASE* remember to RSVP to Allisone (allisone360@icloud.com -email // (916)396-9802 – call or text) at least 12 hours before the class start time (before 6 am on Thursday 4/3).  

Also please keep in mind, if it’s raining, or if the ground @ the park is found to be too wet & soggy, class will be canceled. Anyone who has RSVPed by email, call or text will receive notification by 10 am on the day of class if it has been canceled. 

 In the event of cancellation :  1. A full  & prompt refund of your pre-registration payment (not available for 4 class passes)  OR 2. transfer of your pre-registration payment to another upcoming scheduled  90 minute FLOW-cilitation workshop

If you don’t RSVP, you will not receive notification if class has been canceled, so for the best experience possible for everyone, PLEASE send an RSVP to Allisone by either texting, calling (& leaving a voice message if no answer) or emailing at least 12 hours before class start time (6 am, 4/3 Thursday).

TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

• valid for 60 days from date of purchase ONLY at McKinley Park and Fair Oaks VIllage Park class locations for 90 minute FLOW-cilitation hoop workshop sessions. 
• We request that you still give us notice at least 12 hours before class start time of the class that you wish to attend so we don’t over book the classes. 
• Sorry, refunds not available if you are unable to make all 4 sessions within 60 days OR if there are not enough RSVPed hoopers (3 minimum) to run a class OR if weather cancels the session(s) you were planning to attend. 
• Please note – 4 class pass sales STOP 4 weeks before the last scheduled session — last day to buy a 4 class pass is — FOR MCKINLEY CLASSES ONLY : May 1st; FOR FAIR OAKS CLASSES ONLY : May 6th; FOR USE @ BOTH LOCATIONS : June 5th) — see scheduled dates on calendar.
