Sacramento HoopDance partners with Carmichael Recreation and Park District to bring you:

Introduction to Flow Arts for Kids (ages 5-12)

Explore the magical world of flow arts with Allison Worrell & Theresa Miller of SacramentoHoopDance.com. Each participant will decorate their own prop (which they will take home; hoop, poi or wand) and learn introductory skills to build a foundation of knowledge in each prop. Learn to dance & spin with your prop : hula hoop, poi, and even “levitate” a magic wand. We will have fun learning new ways to express ourselves through creative movement!

$40 per session – includes 2 classes and a prop (hoop, poi or wand)
