Our mission is to co-create a collaborative community of spinners to celebrate the sacred circle. Let the gentle movement of our hoops soothe your body, quiet your mind, and enlighten your spirit. We offer hoops for all ages & abilities - each hoop is custom crafted, and a variety of crushed crystalline guides are available to bless the inside of your hoop for a truly blissful dance. We offer weekly group classes, private sessions, parties & performances, commUNITY jams. The hoop has supported the cultivation of my highest self-love and acceptance, which I am now radiating out to the whole world! I wish to share this incredible experience with all who wish to embrace it. Please join me in blessing our world through our experience of blissful hoopdance. I call forth the support of my fellow spinners to create a beautiful artistic movement of creative self expression throughout Sacramento and beyond. All classes and jams are led by licensed Hoopnotica® & HoopGirl® Instructor, Allisone Light (née Allison Miller of SacramentoHoopDance.com. Since 2007, she has been teaching people of all ages and ability levels to love the hoop and in return, love themselves!
Allisone loves to complement the feelings of well-being from your hoop with holistic body and energy work, including relaxing swedish massage, deep tissue massage, Usui Reiki healing, crystal healing, chakra balancing and craniosacral treatments.
